Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility assessments across multiple regions, including the US. You will interact with internal stakeholders, review protocols, and deliver concise pre-award analyses and presentations.

You should excel in English communication, manage complex data, and mentor team members while adapting to dynamic study needs and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific data and methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Strong English communication and bid text development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent feasibility assessments and RFP support across indications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• Develop materials for bid defenses and present findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain records and contribute to feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
