Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated pre-award site feasibility assessments across global indications. You will collaborate with sponsor teams, internal stakeholders, and external sites to deliver data-driven insights for RFPs and feasibility studies.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Ability to understand and present complex scientific/clinical data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles, concepts and standards.
• Experience in sales and bid text development.
• Experience in managing data and people to drive business objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Translates feasibility intelligence into actionable study/site decisions.
• Uses historical performance data and market intelligence to support decision making.
• Influences country allocation and site selection strategy with evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on RFP and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
• Manages multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to moderately complex tasks.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• May participate in staff operations activities as directed by line manager.
• Mentors toward personal development objectives when appropriate.
• Coordinates work of other team members during multi-study programs.
• Supports department management in achieving business objectives.
• Reviews sponsor requirements with Business Units, Medical Directors, and analysts.
• Performs literature research to provide background information.
• Supports preparation of materials for bid defenses and meetings.
• Develops metrics to measure the impact of feasibility assessments and site identification.
• Maintains comprehensive records and data libraries.
• Assists in developing feasibility analysis systems and data retrieval/storage.
• Delivers pre-award site feasibility presentations/reports to stakeholders.
• Evaluates informatics tools for trial registry, enrollment modeling and feasibility tools.
• Maintains excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Builds strong relationships to support study strategies as subject matter expert.
