Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead (Sponsor dedicated) to drive pre-award feasibility assessments and RFP analyses across multiple indications, including a US focus.

You will collaborate with Business Units, Medical Directors, and BD teams to review sponsor requirements, protocol timelines, and site data to deliver actionable insights. The role requires strong English communication, ability to mentor junior staff, and comfortable working in a virtual/global environment

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage pre-award feasibility assessments and RFP-related analyses.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.
• Develop and present feasibility findings to internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive records and develop metrics to measure impact of feasibility activities.
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems and data retrieval.
