Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Working and managing individuals and data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail.
• Translates feasibility intelligence into actionable study and site selection decisions.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with little to no oversight towards RFP and standalone paid feasibility objectives across all indications.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to moderately complex activities.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for individual RFPs.
• May coordinate work of other team members during multi-study programs.
• Supports department management in developing group objectives and achieving business goals.
• Liaises with Business Units and Medical Directors to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Independently manages and performs literature research to provide background information.
• May help prepare material for and attend bid defense meetings under supervision.
