Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility studies across multiple regions, including the US.

You will independently manage RFP-ready analyses, liaise with sponsors and internal teams, and deliver insightful site selection recommendations backed by literature and market data. The role emphasizes leadership in feasibility strategy, data interpretation, and collaboration with Clinical Solutions teams to accelerate drug development timelines.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on RFP and paid feasibility assessments across indications.
• Manages multiple assignments concurrently across Therapeutic Areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to moderately complex activities.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Limited mentoring on development objectives may be expected.
• Coordinates work of team members during multi-study programs.
• Supports department management in achieving business objectives.
• Reviews sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines with Business Units and Medical Directors.
• Performs literature research to provide background information.
• Assists in preparing materials for bid defenses and attends meetings under supervision.
• Develops metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments and site identification.
• Maintains comprehensive records and stores data in internal libraries.
• Supports development of feasibility analysis systems and data collection for RFPs/RFIs.
• Presents pre-award site feasibility assessments to internal/external stakeholders.
• Evaluates informatics tools for clinical trial registry, enrollment modeling, and feasibility tools.
• Exhibits excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to support study strategies and SME position.
