Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is hiring a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to support sponsor-dedicated programs across the UK, Poland, Spain, or US.

The role requires independent management of RFPs, feasibility analyses, and site identification with strong data-driven insights. You will collaborate with Business Units, Medical Directors, and Development teams while building SME-level feasibility strategies and presenting findings to stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating complex scientific data clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple feasibility assignments across indications.
• Proven track record in CRO/pharma environments.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global feasibility assessments for sponsor-dedicated programs across multiple regions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to review sponsor requirements and timelines.
• Independently conduct literature research and present findings in reports and slides.
• Develop metrics to measure protocol feasibility, recruitment, and site identification.
• Support preparation for bid defenses and RFIs with data-driven insights.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development when required.
