Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated engagements across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. This role focuses on independent RFP and paid feasibility work, engaging internal stakeholders, developing metrics, and guiding site selection with evidence-based recommendations.

The candidate will excel in presenting complex scientific data, mentoring teammates, and delivering actionable insights to advance study strategies in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Working independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical data and methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Effective bid text development and competition awareness.
• Ability to drive business objectives with data and people.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Translates feasibility intelligence into actionable site decisions.
• Uses historical data and market intelligence for decision support.
• Influences country allocation and site selection strategy with evidence.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet research.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilités

• Works independently on RFP and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
• Manages multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies domain knowledge.
• Interacts with sponsors to review requirements, protocol and timelines for RFPs.
• May mentor and support department staff operations as needed.
• Coordinates team members during multi-study programs as required.
• Assists department management in achieving business objectives.
• Collaborates with BI, Medical Directors and other stakeholders on sponsor requirements.
• Conducts literature research to support background information for studies.
• Contributes to material for bid defenses and meetings under supervision.
• Develops metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments and site identification.
