Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead dedicated to sponsor programs in the UK, Poland, Spain, or US. The role requires experience in feasibility across indications and strong data-driven insights.

In this position, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external sponsors to review requirements, timelines, and protocols for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accurate, timely feasibility assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Science-related field.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Ability to interpret complex scientific and clinical data and methods.
• Knowledge of CRO/pharma industry practices and standards.
• Experience with sales/ bid text development.
• Ability to manage data to meet business objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written).
• Willingness to travel and adjust hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead independent feasibility analyses for RFPs and paid studies across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments with varying complexity concurrently.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and propose approaches.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.
• Mentor colleagues as directed by line manager and project needs.
• Coordinate work across team members during multi-study programs.
• Support department management in achieving business objectives.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Medical Directors, and other teams on feasibility.
