Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated programs across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will drive RFP and paid feasibility analyses, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of feasibility data for site selection across multiple indications.

The role requires independent work, strong scientific communication, and ability to travel as needed. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements within Clinical Solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analyses.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Managing individuals and data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Translates feasibility intelligence into actionable site decisions.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on RFPs and paid feasibility across indications.
• Manages multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements and timelines.
• Mentors junior staff as directed by line manager.
• Coordinates work of team members during multi-study programs.
• Supports department management in achieving business objectives.
• Maintains records and leverages internal data libraries.
• Participates in presenting feasibility analyses to internal/external stakeholders.
• Evaluates new informatics tools related to trial feasibility.
