Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated work across the UK, Poland, Spain, or the US. The role focuses on independent RFP feasibility assessments, data-driven site selection, and cross-functional collaboration to meet sponsor timelines and expectations.

Formación

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Strong ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Experience translating feasibility data into actionable site decisions.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry standards.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Works independently with little to no oversight on RFP and paid feasibility objectives across all indications.
• Manages multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently across any therapeutic area.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for individual RFPs.
• Mentors team members and supports department operations.
• Maintains comprehensive records and develops feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
• Delivers pre-award site feasibility assessments into presentations/reports for internal/external stakeholders.
• Evaluates informatics tools such as enrollment modeling and trial registry tools.
• Builds relationships to support study strategies and establishes SME status.
