Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead - Sponsor dedicated to support RFPs across UK, Poland, Spain or US. The role manages paid feasibility studies, reviews sponsor requirements, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely, data-driven site selection and planning.

The ideal candidate will excel in English communication, data analysis, and MS Office usage, with ability to travel as needed and deliver high-quality feasibility outputs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Working independently in virtual and team environments.
• Ability to understand and present complex scientific data and analysis methods.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles, concepts, practices and standards.
• Advanced MS Office Suite and internet research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent feasibility assessments and assess data needs for RFPs and paid feasibility studies.
• Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply broad knowledge to complex tasks.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Provide mentoring where appropriate and support department operations.
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems and collect relevant metrics.
