Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated programs in the UK, Poland, Spain, or US. You will drive pre-award feasibility assessments, liaise with sponsors, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize site selection and recruitment strategy.

The role requires delivering high-quality feasibility analyses, maintaining records, and contributing to performance metrics, with flexibility for travel and multi-site studies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Working independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility assessments with minimal oversight across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and adapt methodologies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Mentor colleagues as needed and support department objectives.
• Develop and track metrics to measure feasibility and site identification impact.
