Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead - Sponsor dedicated (UK, Poland, Spain or US) to lead feasibility assessments and RFP activities across indications.

You will collaborate with internal and sponsor teams, develop actionable insights, and support site selection decisions. The role requires strong scientific and clinical research expertise, exceptional English communication, and experience working with virtual, globally dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Independent worker capable of prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience presenting scientific/clinical data and analysis methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Works independently with little to no oversight on RFP and paid feasibility objectives.
• Manages multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to moderately complex tasks.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol and timelines for RFPs.
• Mentors team members during multi-study programs when directed by line manager.
• Supports department management in achieving business objectives and reviewing sponsor needs.
• Reviews sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs with Business Units, Medical Directors and others.
• Performs literature research to provide background information for feasibility.
• Contributes to the development of feasibility analysis systems and data collection metrics.
