Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to support sponsor-dedicated programs across the UK, Poland, Spain, or the US. You will drive pre-award feasibility and RFP efforts, collaborating with internal stakeholders to shape study strategies and site identification.

You will manage multiple assignments, translate complex data into actionable insights, and mentor colleagues as needed. Some travel may be required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Working and managing individuals and data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail.
• Translates feasibility intelligence into actionable study and site selection decisions right sites first time.
• Uses historical performance data and market intelligence to support decision making.
• Influences country allocation and site selection strategy through evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet research capabilities.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication proficiency.
• Superior time management skills; ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to change, as well as work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be flexible around travel and work hours if a business need should arise.

Responsibilities

• Leads RFP and paid feasibility assessments with minimal oversight.
• Manages multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and proposes approaches.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for individual RFPs.
• No project oversight expected; limited mentoring may be required.
• Coordinates work of team members during multi-study programs.
• Supports department management in achieving business objectives.
• Reviews sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs with Business Units and Medical Directors.
• Performs research of scientific literature to provide background information.
• Prepares material for bid defense teleconferences and meetings under supervision.
• Develops metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments and site identification activities.
• Maintains comprehensive records in internal libraries.
• Supports development of feasibility analysis systems and collection of metrics.
• Delivers pre-award site feasibility assessments into presentations/reports for stakeholders.
• Evaluates informatics tools such as registry search tools and enrollment modeling.
