Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead (Sponsor dedicated) to drive pre-award site feasibility assessments across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, review sponsor requirements and timelines, and deliver data-driven insights for RFPs.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual/global environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Experience working independently in virtual and team settings.
• Ability to present complex scientific data and analyses.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Working and managing individuals and data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail.
• Translates feasibility intelligence into actionable decisions.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with little to no oversight towards RFP and standalone paid feasibility objectives across all indications.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently across any therapeutic area.
• Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests and proposes approaches for RFPs and feasibility assessments.
• Independently liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for individual RFPs.
• No project oversight expected; some mentoring may be expected.
• May coordinate work of other team members during multi-study programs.
• Supports department management in achieving business objectives.
• Liaises with various stakeholders to review sponsor requirements and timelines for RFPs.
• Independently researches scientific literature to provide background information.
• Participates in development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
