Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States seeks a Sr Global Feasibility Lead dedicated to sponsor programs across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently drive pre-award feasibility assessments, coordinate with sponsors, protocol teams and sites to deliver data-driven recommendations.

You will manage multiple RFPs and paid feasibility studies, mentor junior staff, and develop metrics to measure recruitment and site performance. Excellent English communication and timelines are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Strong MS Office skills and internet research capabilities.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Flexible travel and work hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid feasibility objectives across indications with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently in any therapeutic area.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• Mentor team members during programs as directed.
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
• Prepare pre-award site feasibility presentations and reports.
• Review literature using internet and internal tools to provide background.
• Contribute to site identification and selection strategy.
