Qualifications

BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
Working independently in a virtual and team environment.
Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and internet research capabilities.

Responsibilities

Works independently with little oversight on RFP and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
Manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply knowledge to moderately complex activities.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
Mentor junior staff as directed by line manager.
Coordinate work of team members during multi-study programs and mentoring periods.
Develop metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments and site identification activities.
Maintain comprehensive records and data libraries in a timely manner.
Review and deliver pre-award site feasibility assessments to stakeholders.
