Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated, cross-border feasibility activities. The role involves independent assessment of data needs, management of multiple trials, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to align sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.

Travel flexibility is expected. Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in science, strong English communication, and proficient use of MS Office; prior CRO/pharma experience is preferred.

• Bachelor-level science degree with emphasis on medical research.
• Able to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Strong skills in presenting complex clinical data and analyses.

Responsabilités

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility assessments with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple feasibility projects across indications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• Maintain documentation and research records across internal libraries.
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
