Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Senior Event Producer in the United States to own the plan and budget for each assigned program and serve as the client’s daily delivery contact. Lead the program team across registration, content, housing, and on-site execution, including the flagship conference.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and communications, coordinating with suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and renewal value.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years delivering large corporate meetings and events.
• Experience leading a team of meeting professionals through full program cycles.
• Experience on a dedicated account team operating under a client statement of work.
• Ownership of multimillion-dollar program budgets, with forecasts and change control.
• Advanced Cvent proficiency including registrations, reporting, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dedicated account program team across registration, content, and logistics.
• Own delivery from planning kickoff through onsite execution, including flagship conference.
• Serve as client delivery contact with planning cadences and status reporting.
• Own program budgets, forecasts, change control, and financial reporting.
• Maintain master timeline in Smartsheet and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead onsite delivery with staffing, run-of-show, and escalation.
• Oversee registration, housing, and attendee communications in Cvent with data privacy.
