Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a seasoned Team Leader to run the program team, own the plan and budget for each assigned program, and be the client's daily delivery contact for successful events.

You will manage planning, timelines, registrations, housing, supplier relations, onsite delivery, and post-program debriefs across multi-program calendars, ensuring value at renewal and client satisfaction while maintaining governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years delivering large corporate meetings and events.
• Experience on a dedicated account team operating under a client statement of work.
• Ownership of multimillion dollar program budgets with forecasts and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dedicated account program team, including Sr Meeting Managers and Coordinators and others for registration, content, and F&B.
• Own delivery for every program from planning kickoff through onsite execution and close.
• Serve as the client's primary delivery contact day to day with status reports and decision requests.
• Own program budgets from initial estimate through final reconciliation and reporting.
• Manage master timeline and milestones in Smartsheet and ensure delivery dates are met.
• Oversee registration, housing, attendee communications, data integrity, and privacy.
