Amex GBT is seeking a Senior Event Producer in the United States to own planning and budget for assigned programs, serving as the client's primary delivery contact. You will lead the program team from kickoff to onsite, manage master timelines, run planning cadences, and ensure data integrity in Cvent and Smartsheet.

• Experience leading a team of meeting professionals through full program cycles.
• Ownership of multimillion dollar program budgets, with forecasts, reconciliations, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the account program team across planning, staffing, and onsite delivery.
• Own program budgets from initial estimate through final reconciliation.
• Manage registration, housing, and attendee communications in the client's Cvent instance.
• Oversee supplier and venue management through contract and onsite performance.
