• Develop program budgets, cash flow and commitments; obtain approvals with Cost Control.
• Lead cross-functional teams with contending priorities.
• Engage with authorities and collaborators to initiate new programs and create program docs.
• Identify gaps and drive solutions to implement data center programs.
