Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Seattle is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a data center construction program. You will collaborate with client executives, manage governance, and ensure accurate reporting.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination with GC, consultants and vendors, development of detailed program plans, and monthly reporting. A strong PM background and construction knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices.
• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Communicate contract requirements and HSSE policy adherence.
• Proficient with MS Office and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a construction program and align with client goals.
• Maintain program governance, processes, and systems.
• Ensure information is shared and retained properly.
• Build relationships with client and team members.
• Interface with executives, project teams, GC, consultants, and vendors.
• Develop detailed program plans and track completion status.
• Oversee monthly program reporting and prepare executive dashboards.
• Assist with proposals for new programs or variations.
