Job summary

Turner Townsend is seeking a Data Center Sr. Project Manager to lead global upgrade/retrofit projects affecting critical MEPS infrastructure. You will define program requirements, engage internal customers, and support the program through its lifecycle.

You will drive budgets, schedules, and reporting, coordinating with owners, contractors, and design teams, while mentoring staff and ensuring QA/QC and robust documentation across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of program management experience; 3+ years in data center infrastructure.
• Formal program management methods and standard practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-tech environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead upgrades/retrofit program across global data center portfolio.
• Develop program budgets, cash flow and approvals with Cost Control.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Engage with authorities and collaborators to initiate programs.
• Draft program documentation and manage risk and changes.
• Provide timely program reporting and senior management updates.
• Mentor project teams through end-to-end lifecycle.
• Ensure QA/QC and document control across programs.
