Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team to oversee a data center construction program. The ideal candidate will work directly with client executive leadership and manage governance, data flows, and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with program goals.

You will develop detailed program plans, lead monthly reporting, and coordinate across clients, general contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• A thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices.
• A thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management
• Read, understand, and communicate contract requirements including drawings and specs
• Follow site HSSE policies
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the data center program in line with client goals.
• Maintain program governance, processes and systems as directed by the client.
• Ensure key information is shared and retained appropriately.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and team members.
• Interface with executives, program team members, general contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Support flow of program information between teams.
• Attend meetings and update issues/logs; track completion status.
• Develop detailed program plans and attend status meetings.
• Oversee monthly reporting and executive dashboards.
• Prepare proposals for new programs or variations.
• SOX controls may apply and must be followed as applicable.
• Assist with contract management and scope releases to maintain schedules.
