Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead a team delivering data center construction programs. You will oversee project management services on major projects, ensure service excellence, and drive growth of our PM offerings through client engagement and market outreach.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in construction PM, strong leadership, and a proven track record across sectors including commercial real estate and data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large multi discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
• Major construction sector experience with high calibre clients in commercial real estate and data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, delivering project management services on major projects and programs.
• Ensure service excellence in terms of delivery, growth, client engagement and market outreach.
• Oversee communications with clients and the PM team services.
• Lead research related to construction market conditions and publish thought leadership reports.
• Direct strategic and operational management of PM services, including resource and financial management.
• Develop plans with KPI measurements, risk mitigation and governance aligned to business goals.
• Support business development, cross-selling opportunities and client relationships.
• Coordinate audits, quality control, and ISO-related compliance as applicable.
