Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Data Center Sr. Project Manager to lead global upgrade and retrofit projects across critical MEPS infrastructure in our client's data center portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering required.
• At least 5+ years of program management experience, with 3+ years in data center infrastructure or critical environments.
• Formal program management methods / standard methodologies.
• Cross functional team participation in a high-tech, multifaceted environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead upgrades/retrofit program administration across the portfolio, managing multiple projects across global locations.
• Develop program budget, cash flow and commitments; obtain spend approval with Cost Control team.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs with competing priorities.
• Engage with technical authorities to initiate new programs and develop program documentation.
• Identify process gaps and drive data center program solutions; improve communications between teams.
• Draft program reporting for client reviews, including health of schedule, budget, risks and opportunities.
• Update quarterly forecast and funding requests; ensure proper approvals.
