Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Data Center team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects and will manage stakeholders across architects, engineers and suppliers to deliver compliant projects.

You will oversee governance, apply best practices, produce status reports, monitor milestones, coordinate interfaces, and provide cost control and value engineering support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and suppliers to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure effective project governance, processes and systems are used.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Coordinate interfaces between suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Provide cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance where required.
