Job summary

SCIEX, part of the Danaher family, seeks a Senior Director, Global Customer Service to lead the worldwide customer service organization, improving the customer experience, enabling commercial growth and driving operational excellence. This senior role spans Americas, EMEA and Asia time zones with flexible/remote work.

The role oversees quote-to-book, contract administration and service/sales support, and requires deep experience in global service operations, with a track record of driving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business, operations, engineering, life sciences, finance or related analytical field.
Proven 12+ years in multi-region, global leadership in customer service/operations.
Experience driving transformation with Lean/Six Sigma or similar.
Deep knowledge of quote-to-book, order management, and contract processes.

Responsibilities

Lead global customer service organization across regions and drive strategic advantage.
Own quote-to-book, contract administration and revenue enablement processes.
Improve customer experience with metrics like CSAT and CES.
Apply operational excellence and DBSystem principles to reduce friction and improve productivity.
