Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director, Global Customer Service to lead the worldwide customer service organization and turn service into a strategic advantage for growth and excellent customer experience. You will own quote-to-book, contract administration and revenue enablement across the full contract lifecycle, while driving performance, cost efficiency and global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, life sciences, finance or a related analytical field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience leading global customer service operations across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the global customer service operating model and organization.
• Lead quote-to-book, contract administration and revenue enablement globally.
• Own customer experience metrics (CSAT, CES, turnaround times) and report on performance.
• Drive Danaher Business System-based improvements to reduce friction and improve outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse global team across regions.
