Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in global customer service.
• Experience consolidating regional teams into a global function.
• Expertise in KPI-driven transformation and Lean/Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead global customer service operations across regions.
• Design and improve the operating model; establish governance and metrics.
• Own quote-to-book, contract administration and revenue enablement.
• Develop and monitor service levels, revenue leakage, and cost efficiency.
• Lead technology roadmap including CPQ, ERP, and AI-enabled services.
