Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher company, is seeking a Senior Director, Global Customer Service to lead the worldwide service organization. You will own quote-to-book processes, contract administration and revenue enablement, driving service levels, customer satisfaction and cost efficiency across Americas, EMEA and Asia time zones.

The role demands 12+ years of progressive leadership, cross‑functional collaboration and a track record of global transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, operations, engineering, life sciences, finance.
• Proven leadership across multi‑region/global teams.
• Strong change management and Lean/Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global customer service operations spanning inquiries, order management and contract administration.
• Drive improvements in CSAT, CES and turnaround times across regions.
• implement DBS and kaizen practices to reduce waste and improve service metrics.
• Oversee technology roadmap: CPQ, ERP and AI-enabled service capabilities.
