Qualifications
4–10+ years in accounting, finance, or consulting, ideally with compensation exposure in financial services.
Hands-on experience with HR systems and querying data preferred.
Responsibilities
Design and create compensation plans, forecast models, and ad hoc reports.
Manage equity programs including valuations, returns, and distributions.
Administer compensation/equity plans with other business partners.
Analyze market data and ensure program competitiveness.
Track deferred bonus payment process and verify payments.
Partner with accounting on compensation accruals and forecasts.
Coordinate with external auditors as needed.
