Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst for a Hybrid role based in Pleasanton, CA or Coppell, TX. The role leads global salary planning, market benchmarking, and compensation governance, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal and leadership on strategic compensation programs.

You will oversee base pay, incentives, sales compensation, and executive compensation design, while ensuring pay equity and regulatory compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years of compensation/financial analysis experience.
• Experience with global compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and executive pay.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with compensation systems and market benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Lead global annual salary planning, merit budgets and guidelines.
• Conduct market analysis and maintain global salary structures for equity and competitiveness.
• Manage participation in global compensation surveys and benchmark validation.
• Lead job evaluation, market-pricing, and FLSA classification activities.
• Design, administer and evaluate annual incentive and bonus programs.
