Job summary

Blackhawk Network seeks an experienced Manager, HR Compliance and Immigration to lead the Global HR Operations team and ensure policy alignment, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. The role includes hands-on U.S. immigration management and collaboration with Legal and HR across the globe.

Preference is onsite in Pleasanton, CA twice weekly. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in HR and 4–5 years of HR leadership, plus HRIS experience (SAP/iCIMS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience leading HR operations and/or HR generalist work.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP or iCIMS is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global HR Operations and ensure policy alignment and data integrity.
• Lead US immigration program design, processes, and interactions with counsel.
• Develop and maintain company policies; stay compliant with laws across regions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Management, and HR teams to ensure consistency.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding compliance and data governance initiatives.
