Blackhawk Network seeks a Principal Compensation Analyst to design, administer and evaluate global compensation programs that support talent strategy and business objectives. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and leadership to ensure competitive, equitable pay and governance across base pay, incentives and executive compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field with 12+ years in compensation and financial analysis.
Deep knowledge of federal and state pay equity, wage-and-hour laws.
Excel expert with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and advanced formulas.

Responsibilities

Lead global salary planning, merit budgets, and guidelines development.
Conduct market analysis to maintain global salary structures and equity.
Oversee global compensation surveys, job matching, and benchmark validation.
Lead job evaluation, market-pricing, and career-level alignment activities.
Design and administer annual bonus and incentive programs; model financials and communications.
Partner with sales leadership on incentive programs and compensation recommendations.
Prepare exec-level compensation analyses for senior leadership and Compensation Committee.
