Job summary

Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead global compensation programs across EMEA and APAC. You will partner with HR leaders to design and implement base, variable, equity, and incentive plans while ensuring market competitiveness.

You will influence executives, mentor HR teams, and drive governance and program improvements in a matrix global organization. This role offers exposure to diverse markets and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience crafting and owning compensation programs including base, variable, sales and equity.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex questions and synthesize key points.
• Ability to influence executives and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation programs including benchmarking, planning, and budget management.
• Advise HR and business leaders on compensation philosophy and program design.
• Partner with local HR teams and Finance to develop incentive plans and governance.
