Overview
We are seeking a Compensation Senior/Manager to support the design, execution, and administration of competitive compensation programs across a global organization. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to drive data-informed pay decisions that align with business strategy and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compensation strategy, including base salary, bonus, and long-term incentive design.
- Lead annual and mid-year compensation review cycles, including modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct market benchmarking and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and compensation expense analysis.
- Develop executive-ready reporting and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain data integrity within compensation systems and improve processes through technology and automation.
- Provide guidance on offers, promotions, and pay decisions; respond to compensation-related inquiries with discretion.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally across HR and business teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification a plus.
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Finance, or an analytics-driven HR function.
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience supporting incentive programs and compensation planning cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) preferred.
