Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with at least 3 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.
• Minimum 7 years of combined higher education and/or work experience with at least 3 years in GCM client service.
• High level of proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, laws and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative and operational systems for accounts with moderate to complex risk to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Review and comment on operative documents and agreements.
• Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit as required.
• Work with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions in a timely manner.
• Handle cash flow execution, fee billing, reporting and tickler processing for assigned accounts.
• Participate in client calls and prepare proposals to support new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and referral sources to grow business.
• Provide coverage for other Relationship Managers and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Represent GCM at closings, attend client meetings, and prepare supporting documentation.
