Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ client service in Global Capital Markets or related markets (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience reading and interpreting legal documents.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative and operational systems for accounts of varying complexity.
• Review and comment on operative documents and agreements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit.
• Coordinate with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions.
• Prepare fee proposals and support new business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and drive revenue opportunities within established controls.
