Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' client service experience in Global Capital Markets or related fields.
• OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years' higher education and/or work experience with 3 years' client service in GCM.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative and operational systems for accounts with moderate to high risk to ensure policy compliance.
• Review and provide comments on operative documents and agreements for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit as required.
• Work with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions in a timely manner.
• Complete account administration activities including cash flow execution, fee billing, and reporting.
• Participate in client calls and prepare fee proposals to support new business opportunities.
• Manage relationships and develop opportunities with current and prospective clients.
• Represent GCM at closings and client meetings and prepare related documentation.
• Lead departmental projects on product development, fee structures, and service delivery.
