Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 2 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets or markets, or a combined equivalent of education/work experience including 2 years client service.
• High proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software.
• Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents.
• Experience calculating amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, laws and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative, operational systems and data related to GCM accounts to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Review and comment on operative documents and agreements for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit as needed.
