Job summary

You will engage in structuring and closing GCM transactions, prepare fee proposals, and support business growth while supervising junior staff and promoting the bank’s control environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years client service in Global Capital Markets or related field.
• Alternative: 7+ years higher education/work experience with 3+ years client service in GCM.
• Strong ability to read and interpret legal documents; knowledge of corporate structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and daily administration of GCM accounts with moderate to high complexity.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare fee proposals and support new business opportunities.
• Monitor controls, cash flows, fee billing and reporting for assigned accounts.
• Represent GCM in client meetings and closings; support product development and policy updates.
