Job summary

M&T Bank in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a client services professional to assist with Global Capital Markets trust administration and servicing for high net-worth clients. You will support account relationship managers and act as the daily contact for client requests and transactions.

Qualifications

Combined minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year direct client contact.
Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee client relationships, making appropriate recommendations for routine internal business activities.
Assist account representative(s) in revenue generating activities by providing appropriate recommendations, preparing documents for and participating in meetings.
Foster client relationships with assigned client base and serve as primary point of contact for the client; respond to client requests in a timely manner.
Manage relationships with internal and external service partners and resolve issues through standard processes.
