Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative systems and ensure accounts operate within established policies and procedures.
• Review and comment on legal documents and agreements for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit to monitor regulatory compliance.
• Resolve issues related to control and client service for assigned accounts promptly.
• Collaborate with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions in a timely manner.
• Assist in sales calls and fee proposal preparation to support new business opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with current and prospective clients and referrals.
