Job summary

Geiger, the largest privately held promotional products company in the U.S., is seeking a Sr. Wellbeing & Benefits Administrator - Global. This role blends hands-on benefits leadership with strategic program development to keep our associates healthy and supported across the U.S., UK, and Germany.

You will lead enrollment, manage benefits operations, analyze program performance, and partner with external providers while shaping our wellbeing strategy for a fast-moving organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience with hands-on US benefits administration.
• Experience supporting global benefits with brokers and payroll.
• Experience leading annual enrollment, renewals, vendor transitions, audits, and HRIS/benefits‑platform administration.
• Expert knowledge of US health and welfare, retirement, leave, privacy, and compliance.
• Experience in a small to midsize organization requiring both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead US benefits administration across medical, dental, vision, life, FMLA, disability leaves, HSA/FSA, EAP, 401(k), COBRA, and related programs.
• Develop UK and Germany benefits strategy in partnership with local brokers and payroll teams.
• Explain complex benefit provisions and resolve enrollment and claims issues with high-touch support.
• Manage benefit program operations across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems.
• Lead annual enrollment and renewal activities including planning, communications, system configuration, testing, and audits.
• Evaluate program performance and translate findings into leadership recommendations.
• Partner with providers, brokers, consultants, and external partners for renewals and changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes and associate experience.
• Develop and advance our associate wellbeing strategy and measure participation and value.
• Maintain knowledge of US/UK/Germany benefits requirements and coordinate with local advisors.
