Job summary

Flatiron Health, Inc. is seeking a Global Benefits Lead to build and oversee our benefits programs across the US, UK, Germany, and Japan. You will lead a small team, design competitive plans, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth enrollment and communications for a diverse employee base.

You will partner with HR and operations to scale our benefit programs while maintaining compliance and a focus on employee experience in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in HR and Benefits.
• Experience designing comprehensive benefits programs.
• Strong collaboration across HR, finance, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-person team to deliver benefits across US, UK, Germany & Japan.
• Oversee benefits design, enrollment, vendor management, and communication.
• Partner with HR to support plan questions and scalable, humane processes.
• Manage external vendors for 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and leaves.
• Lead audits, Workday integration, and communication materials.
• Own leave management program and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance across global benefits programs.
