Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR/Business/Fin)
• 12+ years of leadership experience in Benefits/Total Rewards or HR
• 5+ years leading managers and building high-performing teams
• Deep expertise across health/welfare, retirement, wellbeing, leave management, global mobility
• Experience shaping enterprise benefits strategies and governance

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global benefits, wellbeing, and mobility strategy.
• Lead design, governance, and delivery of competitive, compliant benefit programs.
• Drive operational excellence by simplifying processes and modernizing service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to identify improvements.
• Advise senior leadership on benefits strategy, financial stewardship, and priorities.
• Lead benefits governance, fiduciary oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee annual benefits planning and open enrollment strategies.
