Sage is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Manager in Atlanta to design, manage, and improve benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs across the U.S., Canada, India, Romania, and Israel. This senior IC role carries ownership of program design, governance, renewals, supplier management, communications, systems improvements, and business cases for future investment.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and People Operations to ensure programs are competitive,

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing and managing multi-country benefits programs (US/Canada focus).
Proven ability to manage third-party brokers and suppliers.
Strong governance, taxation, and compliance knowledge across borders.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and govern global and regional benefits programs with scalable frameworks.
Lead regional delivery of benefits, wellbeing and recognition initiatives.
Manage renewals, budgets, and cost containment insights.
Develop business cases with ROI/VOI for investments.
