Job summary

Sage Publishing seeks a Global Benefits Manager to design and lead our cross-regional benefits strategy, including health, retirement, wellbeing, and leave programs. You will normalize standards while allowing local customization across regions and collaborate with P&C, Finance, brokers, and leaders to drive scalable, compliant programs.

You will manage end-to-end administration, drive cost optimization, and maintain governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global benefits programs across multiple regions.
• Deep understanding of health, retirement, wellbeing, and leave program design.
• Strong knowledge of global benefits compliance and regulatory environments.
• Experience working with benefits brokers and vendors on plan design and renewals.
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of Sage’s global benefits strategy across the US, UK, India, and APAC.
• Oversee end-to-end administration of global benefits programs, including renewals and enrollments.
• Partner with brokers and vendors to evaluate plan design, pricing, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and data privacy laws across regions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor utilization, cost trends, and program effectiveness.
